Your continued use of our Websites following any such change means you agree to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. If you disagree with any change that we may make to these Terms and Conditions, your sole recourse is to discontinue your use of our Website. If in RIDUAN ZALANI’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any provisions of these Terms and Conditions we may deny you access to our Websites.

Websites Availability
RIDUAN ZALANI cannot guarantee that our Website will be available 100% of the time. Although we strive to provide the most reliable websites possible, interruptions and delays in accessing the Website are unavoidable and we disclaim any liability for damages resulting from such problems.

Shopping with Us – Product Availability and Pricing
Merchandise displayed on the Websites is available through our Websites while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on the Websites may not be available for immediate purchase and/or shipment.
Prices are available and sales transactions may be conducted in Singapore dollar currency. Prices on our Websites are subject to change without notice. RIDUAN ZALANI reserves the right to accept or refuse, cancel or limit any order if there is an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment received. If payment has been received for the purchase and your order is cancelled, RIDUAN ZALANI shall promptly refund the payment amount of the order.
RIDUAN ZALANI reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Product Display
We make every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the Websites as accurately as possible. Nonetheless, the actual colours you see will depend on your computer monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour or texture or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate.

Returns
We want you to be happy with each and every purchase you make from us. Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Any defective or missing items should be reported to us immediately. You may return any item you purchased from us for a full refund of applicable charges within 30 days of the date our records indicate you successfully received your purchase, provided the items are in original new condition with all materials, paperwork, and accessories intact. Items that are used, washed or damaged may not be returned. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, unless we made a mistake with your order. We always purchase shipping insurance so if you think your order was damaged during shipping, please let us know. We may require photographs of the damage.
To return an item notify us by e-mail (info@riduanzalani.com) of your intention to return the item and the reason for the return. Please include your name, order number, any order details, and if you would prefer a refund or store credit. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your product. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless we made a mistake with your order. For your protection please consider purchasing postal insurance for the value of the item returned. Keep the tracking number for your records and send it to us by e-mail (info@riduanzalani.com). We cannot refund lost returns.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. If you paid for your order by PayPal, we will issue a PayPal refund to your account. If you purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the full applicable amount within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. If you paid by cheque or money order, you will receive a cheque from RIDUAN ZALANI for the full applicable amount (after currency conversion if applicable) of the return by mail approximately 2-4 weeks after the returned product has been received.

Gift Cards/Certificates
Redemption
RIDUAN ZALANI gift cards/certificates (“Gift Cards”) must be redeemed through the RIDUAN ZALANI website toward the purchase of eligible merchandise. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s Gift Card account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid with an additional payment method. RIDUAN ZALANI can provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards.

Limitations
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards, such as gift cards or certificates issued by third parties. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused Gift Card balances in a user account may not be transferred.

Risk of Loss
We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Fraud
RIDUAN ZALANI will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is either redeemed through the RIDUAN ZALANI website or is redeemed and used to make purchases on RIDUAN ZALANI website.

Limitation of Liability
RIDUAN ZALANI makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding Gift Cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Gift Card redemption code does not work, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Gift Card. Please note that certain legal jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If the laws of such a jurisdiction apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you and you may have additional rights.
